10 reason why you should use Linux

Most of use Windows or Mac for everyday computing. But have you ever thought of using Linux one day?

Why, you might ask. What are the benefits of using Linux? It can't play games. It is hard to understand. So why bother installing Linux?

You can get the latest Linux distribution for free. Just download the ISO from their website and run as LiveCD or installation CD. You don't have to pay anything. Now use that money to buy a Big Mac or have a lunch at Starbucks.

If you used Windows, if you want the lastest software, you have to either buy a new software of download the latest updates from the internet. With Linux, you don't have to worry about outdated software. Linux will updates all your software for free (granted you have internet connection). No more software version. All Linux software are the latest version.

3. No more installation after installation

You just reinstalling your MS Windows. Then you need to download and install Google Chrome to browse the internet (you don't use Internet Explorer, do you?). To open a Word document, you need to install MS Office. Need to open PDF documents? Download more software installer. Linux is preinstalled with usefull software such as Libre Office and Firefox so you can start working as soon as possible.

4. Linux don't get fragmented

Have you used Windows and your computer feel sluggish and slow? You then go defrag your hard disk. After a few days, your computer become slow again. With Linux, you don't have sluggish computer.
